Fleet Updates: April 2010

  • Delta Fleet had another successful month at they walked away with three of the monthly awards. Players within Delta celebrate the USS Stargazer’s tenth anniversary, as well as a relaunch of the Stargazers secondary game ‘After Dark’, focused on the antics of the USS Stargazer after the normal duty shift finishes! The USS Independence crew worked hard at posting this month and celebrated not only helping Delta Fleet to win the third Fleet Activity Award of the month but also to take the Community Award; adding to the list of Delta Fleet honours building this year! The USS Firewall continues to strengthen with every month, players continually building on the restart championed by FSF Lance and FSF Borealis!
  • Epsilon FleetĀ is working a lot over the past couple of weeks on the fleet’s community participation as well as more activity throughout the entire Epsilon, and is looking forward to a couple community events that will be announced soon, in addition to that the recent host changes in a couple of Epsilon’s sims over the past couple of months concluded at the start of April when FSF Tommy joined FSF Katana at hosting of the USS Atlantis
    • Space Fleet saw a reniassance of FSF’s only Star Wars-universe game, the Paragon. Paragon saw big changes as a ‘new’ GM came aboard and the game switched back to AIM/AOL. Space Fleet also recently added the vampire PBeM, Nocturne’s Reign, and gained a new host in FSF Gunn, who will be joining Stargate: Libertas. Beyond those games, Space Fleet maintains two exciting chat games and one PBmB Star Trek-universe game that are always looking for new players — Star Trek: Aquarius and USS Exeter, alongside Star Trek: Project Origin. As well, FSF’s only Firefly-universe game is also housed in Space Fleet and is currently looking for new players.
